By accessing or using the EcomSyte LLC website (https://ecomsytellc.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.
Products
All products sold by EcomSyte LLC are 3D-printed in the United States using premium biodegradable PLA plastic. Product colours may vary slightly from photographs due to the nature of 3D printing. We reserve the right to modify product specifications and descriptions without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may differ slightly.
Ordering & Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in US Dollars ($) and include applicable sales tax where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of your order. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processors and do not store payment card details.
Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for US Standard and 1–2 business days for Express (when available). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@ecomsytellc.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Custom or bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty. Your rights under applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws are not affected.

All content on this website, including images, logos, product designs, text, and code, is the property of EcomSyte LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Our product designs are original and protected. Unauthorised copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcomSyte LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable US law.
